Ive been facing issues ever since I had the Frame Tv with turning on Sky. I use the Sky controller (which is paired with the tv) to do everything. However when I press the power button on the controller the tv turns on and goes straight to art mode, then I press either the sky or home button to turn on sky and nothing happens. I then have to short press the power button again which turns the tv off and then press it again to get it back on and if I'm lucky sky comes on. I have long suspected there is a clash being caused by the art mode on the Frame tv and that when I press the bower button on the sky remote it is simply turning off the art mode rather than turning it off AND turning on Sky. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to turn off art mode on the Frame Tv. I'm not sure if I have managed to explain myself properly but hopefully there is someone who may have experienced this same issue with the Samsung Frame tv and Sky Q and can offer any advice.
