Has anybody had any good experiences with Sky fixing crashed Q / mini boxes? My Sky Q box crashes once a week and when it comes back I need to reconnect it to my fibre wifi. Thinking of ditching the whole thing!

The final solution given didn't seem to work, and I had 3 disconnections over the weekend unfortunately.

hi i have the same issue . the mini box ion the bedroom keeps dropping off and says i need to reboot the router - i have done may times but no joy. using a firestick and cursing paying ofr sky when it just will jot work . the engineer set it up and it was good afor a week or two - then nothing - any ideas?
