Hi Chodley, sorry yes I should have mentioned, we have already tried the compatible wifi feature that's available on the EE Smart Hub Pro, Sky Q connected to that SSID using the 2.4ghz with 5ghz turned off on the compatible and then the Sky q mesh on the 5ghz, and no, still no success, I forgot to say, I guess another alternative is to get an Engineer visit by someone from EE, failing that it's back to the other options listed above....another Sky engineer visit/cabling within the house/sky stream...
