I have tried repeatedly today to upgrade to a Sky Q TV box via the link on sky.com/help/bbcupgrade page but the link is broken. I therefore had no choice than to call the relevant phone number to book a free installation. However, after waiting for over 1 hour for someone to answer, I gave up.
Has anyone else experienced any difficulties with upgrading via the website or have any suggestions? I really don't to have to phone up again and join a long queue of people...
