Sky Q - Sky Cinema UHD not downloading - only HD?

I am trying to download the christmas move 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation' in UHD but it will only download a HD version.

I have set my settings set to 2160p 10-bit in the Sky Q box and am definitely subscribed to UHD. 

I select under 'format' the UHD version of the movie but it only downloads the HD version?

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @mpc24   Just tried downloading the UHD HDR version, no problem at all.

If you haven't already set it, please may I suggest you set the default download format to UHD

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
