Sky Q Mini Sound

Hi,

Every so oftenI turn on my Sky Q Mini box and the sound is out of sync, normally putting the Mini into standby and turning it back on solves the issue. I'm guessing this indicates that it isn't a setting on the Mini itself or my Sony Bravia TV?

I'm not using any soundbar or Dolby Digital, everything is set to normal.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Re: Sky Q Mini Sound

Hi, can I please have a new link to chat with a Sky Expert? I tried using this last week but I was transferred to an agent who handled queries from Ireland and then nobody joined the chat again.

The sound issue persists and I'd like to get it resolved.

Thanks.

Re: Sky Q Mini Sound

Hi, the same thing has happened again this morning. I join the chat, someone responds and says I'm being transferred to the Ireland team then nothing happens and I don't get any further replies..
