Sky Q Mini Frozen (constant green led)

I have three Sky Q Mini's which are all connected via wired network cables and have wifi disabled.

1. Master Bedroom

2. Kitchen

3. Office

2 of the Sky Q Mini's (2 & 3) get frozen with the green led on, no signal to the TV and no response to the remote or front panel buttons. The only way to recover them is to power cycle them with a 10 second off time. They will then go through the long winded started up process (Hello etc) and will operated fine. They Mini's seem to freeze if they are not turned off via the remote (The TV gets turned off but not the Mini).

The other Mini (1 an older unit) does not suffer this issue.

I have tried all of the Sky problem solving procedures and also searched on here for further help but the problem remains. It seems to be a fundamental hardware issue possibly only with the newer units?

Unit 2 has been replaced but the problem remains.

A Sky "Engineer" has visited but he was extremely cocky and unhelpful.

Has anyone else experineced this issue?
