Sky Q Mini Connection

Hi, ive got bt wholehome wifi, a sky q box, a sky q booster and a sky q mini

A sky engineer came out and set it up originally but it's went to pot recently with the mini constantly losing connection 

Im not sure it's set up optimally

The booster lights are all green, but the mini constantly losing connection 

When I go into the mini network settings, its been set up to connect to my bt router (as has my main box), not the wholehome wifi

I assume thats right since ive heard they dont like bt mesh networks 

Well, right for the main box but should the mini not show a sky connection (ie the mesh created by the booster?)

Im wondering if its not paired to the booster so the booster isn't actually doing anything?
