Sky - Q Mini Box

I have got a sky - Q mini box in my bedroom , and it dosen't turn on , i've checked everything and done everything i can , nothing at all , i think i might need a replacement, sky - Q box.

Does any light come on the front of the

No lights come on there is no output at all
