Sky Q Mini Box not working

Hi,

 

I have the main Sky Q box and 2 x Sky mini boxes in my house for more than 1 year - all working fine.

FOr the last week, the mini box in the kitchen keeps dropping out with connectivity issues and over the weekend it was not responsive to the remote control at all.

 

I have tried rebooting the main box and the mini box and carried out a reset of the mini and tried to set up again but again, not responding.

 

I replaceed the kitchen mini with the mini from another room and it works fine so it is definitely the kitchen mini box so it looks like I need a replacement mini box.

 

How do I go about getting a replacement box?

Hi @Michael+2006 

If the mini is not responding to the remote Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
