Sky Q Mini Box not working

Hi, My Sky Q Mini Box is not working. It says everything is connected but crashes after the 'You will be ready to go in a couple of minutes' page when I reset.

Try rebooting the main box first, then when that's back up and running do the same for your mini box(es).

My sky q mini box won't turn on after I pressed reset button. TV screen now saying No Signal. I have tried rebooting main sky box and starting again with reseting mini box but still doesn't work.
