Sky Q Mini Box causing PS5 to lag

Hello, I posted this problem on the BT forum, as i'm with BT, and before today had no idea the sky mini box was the cause. But my PS5 has been getting bad ping and hitching for the past month or 2 and only in the day time. 

Now we have a Sky Q Mini Box in our back room, and in the bedroom, and the main Sky Q Box in the front room. I made a note of which devices get switched off in the night time, and went through one by one plugging each device in until i started lagging again, and the Sky Q Mini Box in the back room instantly made me start lagging. 

This box is plugged into an extension lead, which has 4 sockets, and the only other thing plugged into this extension lead is the TV. I have tried other ports in the extension lead and i still lag heavily. Is there any solution to this? And also, why is this happening..?

Main and Mini Q boxes have been known to do odd things to local communication: they are using a mixture of standard and proprietary networking (dating back over a decade) which doesn't necessarily play nicely with others.

Thanks for your reply. What could i do then? What would you recommend if you had an idea? I have an unused Sky Q Mini Box upstairs (it's the exact same.) Could switching these around do anything whatsoever?
