We have just had the Sky Q 2TB box replaced due to a fault with connecting to wi-fi. This was completed, but now trying connection the Mini box, it won't get any further than a Blue screen asking you to wait for the Blank screen and to press home button. Have tried several resets and with it turned off overnight, but on restart can only get to the same blue screen prompt.
