Sky Q HDR

I have:

Sky Q UHD Package

Sky Q Multiroom

HDR Ready TV

But my Sky Q box is not eligible for HDR, I am trying to upgrade for an HDR compatible box but I can not find out how to do it and my Sky Q box is eligible for an upgrade.

How do I upgrade, and is it free to upgrade to a HDR compatible box?

You'll need to phone Sky, you can't do it 'online'.  As for cost, that'll be down to your negotation skills

I am just another Sky customer!

@R22222 as @Invisiblename you need to contact Sky to upgrade the standard costs used to be if you were upgrading from a 1TB non HDR to a 1 TB HDR box £25 or if upgrading from a 1TB non HDR box or a 2 TB non HDR box to a 2TB HDR box £50 these prices may have changed
