Sky Q Box dropping internet connection

My Sky Q Box keeps dropping internet connection - it's happened from time to time before but I've always been able to fix it - it's happened all day today.

 

I've done all the usual tricks - switched everything off - rebooted, done the reset through settings - done it about 10 times today.  It initially connects but then drops again after about 30-60 seconds.  My internet is working otherwise with my other devices.  It's just my Sky Q box that is dropping.

 

From other posts it sounds like I might need a new Sky Q Box - but if anyone has any other solutions or if there is a known problem today (I see quite a lot of people having problems today) please advise.  Thanks.
