Sky Q Box Problems

I'm almost daily having to reset my Sky Q box, I suffer from Technical problems effecting all channels or only effecting a few channel, I get blue blank screens and also black blank screens, sometimes these last a few minutes or until switching everything off and after few minutes, switch back on. I've tried all different reset options and loading the latest software and still having these problemsbut the problems. Have check all cables and they're fine and secure.
