Sky Q Box Not conecting to Internet
Hi,
My Sky Q Box was showing not connected to internet. Have tried rebooting numerous times and it is now stuck on one station. When pressing 'Home' button on remote it just shows the minimised screen in the upper left corner and blank elsewhere.
Pressing other buttons on remote gets no response (except standby).
Have tried pairing remote a couple of times to no avail.

Please note, I am unable to access any settings at all on the Sky Q box.

Did you fully reset the remote befor attempting the re-pair ?
If not, may I suggest you try a reset of your remote (or even if you have tried, perhaps try again) :
Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times
Then, as you probably know, press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

Yes, have tried resetting the remote.
Unable to get any assistance from sky so will have to cancel my subscription. Was paying a lot for very little anyway.
