Sky Q Apps
Having issues opening Apps on Sky Q I.e BBC iplayer , Prime , Netflix etc

do you get any error messages ?
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi my friend ,no error messages I just get a blank black screen , yet I can open the Apps on my tablet or phone

@Peter35 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
if that doesn't work
you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh
