Sky Q 2 TB Box Software Version

Hi,  to see if anyone is having similar issues.

Over the last few days my Sky Q box seems to stall and wont come out of standby type mode and ive had to power cycle to get it to work,   checking the software version on the box its stating its Q350.000.12.00L  (679jvlc)

When you check the Sky website for what version it should be they are saying the following.

Sky Q Software version for all Sky Q box types: Q320.000.15.00L or Q330.000.09.00L

Those are long gone. Q360 will be along fairly soon. It'll be phased in gradually.

Just to add, the Q350 software is perhaps the reason for this, causing a possible HDMI handshake issue. I've occasionally experienced it myself but others have had more regular issues. Maybe Sony TVs are affected more.
