Sky Prime & Netflix slow

Prime and Netflix slow via Sky remote on Samsun 58 in TV

they take iowards of 30 seconds to start up 

once up - all is generally ok 

some times the wheel whirls to load more of the progtam 

if i use the Samsung remote the Prime and Netflix starts in 1-3 secends 

I  think the issue is related with two mac addresses 

2.4Gz - ends in 52.3e 

and 

5.0 Gz - ends in 52.3b 

a tweak from sky's router end would fix things i believe 

our sky q box ( 2 tb ) has been swapped three four times already and have to restart the box unplugging it from the mains - holding the on off button in - rhis resets it ) 

it takes over 15 mins to reset Q bix and run updates 

any help gratefully received

Hi @Ns14sky Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
