We've just gone back to to Sky Broadband (max hub), we've got Sky Q main box which connected viabEthernet cable. We've also got a Sky mini box at the end of the garden which is also connected via Ethernet to the Sky max hub but we cannot get it to connect. Previously ran the same setup with Virgin but the mini just won't connect. Keep reading to ignore the WPS step but it just fails and if we try it it's trying to connect over WiFi so joins and then fails two seconds later.
