Sky Mini Boxes lose signal throughout the night
We have a SkyQ main box and 2 mini-boxes, and Sky Broadband. Throughtout the last week, at night, between 1am and 6am, one of the mini boxes has been working fine then suddenly losing the programme being watched and going to the home screen. It stays like that for about 10 minutes and then the programme that was being watched comes back. The other mini just goes to a blue screen and then comes back normally. At first we used to come to the main Sky box, and press the WPS button, which the instructions told us to do but it made no difference. This started last week and has been getting progressively worse. Is Sky doing some sort of work at night that they haven't told us about? This is getting more and more frustrating and I am seriously thinking of leaving Sky. I am paying a lot of money for this so-called Service. Just before this happened we kept losing the sound on everything, so a full reboot was done.
