Hi
I cant seem to get wifi working on my sky mini box. It has been working before but since stopped without any obvious changes. The sky mini box has been tried in a different house and it wont let me configure the wifi. The only selectable option is the ethernet cable which isnt practical. When I go into the engineers panel and look at the network it shows the attached. It just gives me an error and to wait 30 seconds and try again when I try and enable either 2.4 or 5 wifi. Any ideas why this could be? I have tried the reset and switching off/on, etc. Thanks

Thanks. I have an Engineer booked for tomorrow to hopefully replace the Mini Box.
I have no idea where the contact number has come from in the engineer booking though. It wasnt the one on my profile and I havent had that number for quite a number of years. In fact the building was demolished some years back!
It doesnt seem to change it on the booking when I altered my contact number to a mobile either so hopefully I dont miss the appointment.
