Sky Mini Box, Sky Go and Apps won’t work

Sky TV complaint Additional information: Last Saturday 30 December we reported that our sky mini box was not working and that it came up with the message “You don’t have the required subscription to use a Sky Q Mini box” this message is wrong as we do. Also the watch via Sky Go is not working and supplying the message “Your Sky Q Box is not enabled to connect to Sky Go” The Mini Box is displaying the error MR104. Finally all of the Apps (other than Peacock) have disappeared from the main box and when trying to access any apps tells us we need to upgrade our subscriptions which we have for them all plus some like iPlayer and ITVX do not need subscription. It has now been nearly a week and although customer services tried to fix it they could not and supposedly escalated this all telling us it would take 72 hours, this has now passed and nothing is resolved
