I have had this issue now 6 times and every time I need to ring technical support to fix.
When wanting to record or catch up and sky HD channels it says I have no subscription, please press red to subscribe, I am subscribed but when I press red it states an error code DSU_508.
when I eventually speak with an operator they do some sort of reset and all is ok, this is now happening approx every 4 weeks and is rather annoying.
