Sky Cinema

I think I've read everyone has had this problem? But I've been subscribed to sky cinema for over a year now and still keep getting  message that I need to upgrade. Feels like a waste of a subscription. Any ideas why? I've been downloading them as SD films but still getting the same message. It so frustrating to try and speak to some one via the helpline.

Actually very few people have similar problems and you should not be doing so.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
