Sky Box is noisy

The Sky Box is constantly noisy - you can hear a fan working overtime to cool the processor down.  

The TV picture freezes and goes a pink colour.  We are worried it might damage our TV

Power cycle the Q box to clear any issues.  If the problem continues then you'll need to contact Sky for a replacement box.
