Which message are you seeing, no signal or no satellite signal?

If you are seeing a message stating ‘no satellite signal’ then follow the troubleshooting on this link.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal   

If that doesn’t help you may need to arrange an engineer to check is your dish is out of alignment.
