Signal problems

Signal goes of Friday night and won't come back on line until Sunday , we get intermittent signal but not for long periods , I've spoken to someone at sky and suggested I ask for up to date router

@Chrisse2004  You've posted in the Sky Q forum, which signal goes as Sky Q uses a satallite dish for it's channels.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
