Signal Issues

Constantly get no signal message. Have menu but not the able to seach for programs through the seach bar,unable to use  reccommended/suggested function. Constant problems with recording programs as i keep getting part recorded,then part way into the programs the picture becomes jumpy & distorted & not signal message keeps appearing. My internet is by wifi & strong signal, keep telling me there is no wifi connection though every other item i use with wifi  is working ok. Keep truning off & on & turning off at the socket & doesn't help.

I take it you have Sky Q as I have moved this to the Sky Q forum for you as you had put this in the Sky Go one.

@Reed+Family You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote
