Re: Sign up to sky tv
Hi @Linda154 Any broadband to activate the service and permission from the home owner to install a satellite dish. However I would be surprised if you get an installation date for Sky Q this side of Christmas. You never know.

Re: Sign up to sky tv
You'd need to decide whether you want Sky Q (a satellite television box), Sky Glass (a Sky-branded television set with content delivered online) or Sky Stream (online content to a box)
Once ordered, Sky either book an appointment to fit a satellite dish at the address, or courier the Glass television / Stream puck(s)
Be aware that orders placed at this time of year do run the risk of not being actually usable until past the holiday season. Glass/Stream cannot do anything without an internet connection and so would be useless in the event of delayed FTTP installation: Q works for live television without broadband.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
