Setting up sky on tv

I had engineer on mon to set up sky dish. I was then able to get sky through my TV.    Engineer been out today and set up Internet now I can't get sky on tv.    I know Internet will be later but I should be able to get sky

I can't see any obvious connection between this and the engineeer's visit today.

Is your TV tuned to the HDMI socket your Sky box is connected to? Is the power light on your Sky box lit red amber or green? Does it change when you press the standby button on your Sky remote?
