Service code

My Netflix account has been hacked and I get this through my sky package.

spoke to Netflix tech and was told I need a service code? I logged into the hacked account which is in Spanish now to try and find a 6 digit code but was unsuccessful even though I went in on the secure page using the remote ( up, down, left , right etc...)

they told me sky would be able to get me the 6 digit service code so I could get Netflix reset? can you help???
