Service checker no sky q

My Sky Q apps (Netflix/Disney+) are missing even though they show as 'Subscribed' in my box's 'My Sky' menu and in my account in website. The online Service Checker says there is a problem with my sky q so I click to fix the it say 'You don't have Sky Q.' I have already done an App Refresh (001) and a Software Update. According to gemini "It appears my Sky ID is unlinked from my active Sky Q account. Can a Superuser please escalate this to the Sky Messaging Team so they can re-link my ID?" thanks
