Service cancelled

My sky contact ends on 5 February 2025, my sky service has been cancelled before the end date by sky and I can no longer watch TV

Your post is a little unclear. Have you very recently contacted Sky and cancelled your subscription and 5 February should be the last day of your 31 day notice period? 

Billing continues until the last day so have you kept up the bill payments?
