Service Checker reports a problem but no solution

When I run the Service Checker on My Sky it's claims there is a problem with my Sky Q box (flagged in red with warning triangle) and recommends we go "Fix it" yet when I try to it asks me waht the problem is. I've no idea as Checker didn't specify! Tried the bot but that just goes round in circle without generating any useful response.

What issues do you have with your Q box???

As I said in the original post Sky Checker comes up with an unspecified fault!

Yes, but if you have no issues then ignore it?
