Sending mini box back

I have to send my mini box back today , it says hand old box back to courier, do I have to give the remote and cables as well or just the mini box ?

Hi @Alison1965   The driver (normally DPD) will swap anything you give them. So if you don't want to swap the remote and cables, don't hand them over. Just make sure they are ready by your door, they will not wait if you have to disconnect anything.
