Seeking an explanation why I have been waiting for a SkyQ box for months.

I am a Sky customer of some twenty one years.  Many months ago I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was persuaded to stay, persuaded amended my account and as a goodwill gesture I was promised a SkyQ box free of charge. Nothing happened. Months later I called again.  I was told it was being arranged. Now, more months later,  I am still waiting. 

Can someone tell me when the SkyQ box will be delivered and installed please. If some one has withdrawn the offer, tell me and I will go.

Hi @PatTippett   I'm afraid that this is a public community forum, not Sky customer services. Nobody here can tell you anything, you will need to contact Sky.
