We have received a second Mini Q box and a new main SkyQ box but the new one will not connect to the internet properly (we do not have sky broadband)
we have turned it on and off including the router we have also reconnected the boxes as is suggested with no avail.
we do have a booster box for the internet. Does the main sky box need to be connected to the same router as the mini ?
