Screen keeps going black how do i resolve this issue?

the screen keeps going black whilst watching sky flashing on and off constantly, have reset everything numerous times.

i also have to reboot sky every morning or it doesnt work getting pretty fed up with it and cant actually speak to anyone at sky!!

@ALaw2  Do you actually have SkyStream as this doesn't sound like a Sky Q related issue
