Screen will go black but you can still hear sound. Switch on and off picture comes on for a minute or two then same thing happens. Live TV is fine on TV

Hi @jacquig60 Live TV via terrestrial and HDMI input are completely different things. Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box and/or using a different HDMI input on the TV?
