Scheduled Recordings for same program on Sky not grouped. Each recording shows as separate folder in recordings

Hi @Rodent This is a common issue over the last 8 plus years. Reboot your broadband router to refresh its DNS and then power (unplug) reboot your Main Sky Q box. Leave it off for at least 30 seconds. It is unlikely that they will be grouped retrospectively but should be okay going forward.
