Scaffolding causing no signal
Can anyone help me our neighbour has had scaffolding put up which has caused us to have no signal to our sky q is there anything we can do to fix this?

Hopefully it won't be up for too long. Sky would charge about £65 to move the dish if there was another suitable location for it. I presume a private satellite company would charge about the same.
Sky Q does need a periodic 'Keep alive' signal which is sent via Satellite which is why the apps & catch up will eventually stop. You should be able to use Sky Go whilst you wait for the scaffolding to be removed.
