Satellite signal.

As I write I have picture on Sky Sports UHD, Sky Sports football,Sky Sports F1 Sky Sports Golf. The rest other Sports channels I get "This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal"

Any ideas?

Thanks.

A message displaying “no satellite signal” relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

If you are connected to a communal dish you’ll need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.

Note: A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Re: Satellite signal.

What  I don't understand is that half the Sky Sports are ok but the other half say signal issue 🤔

Very common, as mentioned at the end of my reply above.

Re: Satellite signal.

Yes my apologies. I should have read it more carefully. I live in a communal block of apartments so that could be the issue.

So, are you connected to a communal dish? If so you'll need to report it your landlord or building management company so perhaps see if other residents are having issues as well.

Re: Satellite signal.

Yes I am. I have put feelers out to neighbours to see if they have any issues but no repliey yet. I'll have to speak to the caretaker on Monday.
