Hi got a bit of a problem which is becoming extremely annoying and frustrating, satellite signal is constantly going off, sometimes it will be off for days then randomnly come back on, box has been changed 3 times, wiring changed and receiver on dish and it is still doing it, box was only recently replaced on Friday just gone and it's just done it again, is there any way I can speak to an advisor on here as I am sick of it going off and everytime I book an engineer on the MySky app they just blame it on a duff box and say I've had really bad luck, this can't be the case I am paying a lot of money per month and just aren't getting the full service

This seems a very strange problem as you indicate all components have been changed.
I don't suppose there is anything that might possibly get in the way of the signal from satellites to the dish ?
Anyway I have escalated your post to SKY who, hopefully, will be in touch to discuss the way forward.
Please see this link re the escalation and what you might see:

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

I have had much the same problem - had sky Q since the start - suddenly began to have issues with signal constantly going off had dish wiring and box replaced on Friday but problem has persisted just called sky again to be bluntly told by an advisor that that's all they can do and it's her duty to tell me that they won't be able to provide the service anymore and can make me exempt from my contract - I explained that I didn't really understand that after living in the same property for 15 years and having no issues why this has happened - she just repeated the same info - then tried to tell me there was no complaints department and I have said my side of the issue so someone will get back to me if they have anything else to say to me! Not sure really how to proceed or if there is a fix

hi @Reebobeebo
Sorry that the replacements made did not cure your problem - I am guessing there is no Tree or similar growth that could now be affecting you.
Any advisor can log complaints but see this link:

I haven't really had an issue since this was escalated a few month back @Reebobeebo another engineer came out who changed over everything again, turns out a reburfished receiver had been used for the installation and he said that should never happen, signal occasionally goes off but I think that's just the weather it generally comes straight back on

Thanks so much for the information - I mean there is a giant tree across the road but that's always been there and neighbours aren't having any issues so not sure - I will be hoping to hear something back from them and definitely logging a complaint because the woman who dealt with my query was extraordinarily blunt and unhelpful to say the least!
