Every evening at the moment I lose connection for my second Sky box, which the on screen messaging blames on broadband connection (which is Virgin) but that connection works fine when using the internet through Wi-Fi on my phone, laptop etc
Whose issue is this to fix?
Also I've had a couple of missed calls from Sky recently, perhaps because they are aware of an issue and want to discuss? Or maybe they're just wanting to sell me Sky Mobile or something else unrelated
Unable to speak to anyone directly, have been sent to this web page, frustratingly...

Sky won't be calling about a Q television problem: that's either a sales pitch for Sky Protect Device Insurance from D&G or the start of an outright scam attempt.
