SKYQ hard drive failure?

Hi.  I have recently encountered a problem with the PVR part of my SKYQ Box.  I phoned SKY yesterday and they told me to do a reset which didn't solve the problem.  I can watch my channels but am unable to record anything.  When I try to access the recording menu, the box freezes and I have to unplug it from the electric and then reconnect it.

It sounds like the hard drive has gone.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Yes, Sky will have to swap the box out...
