SKY pls contact hard to reach

We were offered an upgrade to SkyQ and was told someone would visit to install. After 2 weeks the engineer didn't show up. It turned out nothing nothing was done on SKy system. Now a new contract was sent to us but no news of SkyQ was ordered or not. It is very hard to reach SKY Ireland and seems no one has any idea about.

@Stupid07 Sky won't contact you in response to a forum post.  Is ther anything showing in your order tracking page? https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

I have received an email from SKY about engaging a new contract with SKY Q/Glass, that is all I have. Logged in my account, nothing was order or plan for installation.

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
