SKY Q

For some reason our Sky Q box does not remember the password to our broadband.  Therefore, every time we switch it on we have put in the password to use Apps any other internet features.

Can anyone help please?

Hi @JasonKH21 

Assume you are putting your Q box into standby when not in use and are are not switching it off at the Mains?

Yes, the box is left on standby overnight and still plugged in. When it is turned on again the following day the home screen says, no internet.
