SKY Q recordings issue

I have the same issue with my SKYQ 2TB. When overnight in ECO mode. The next morning I cannot access Recordings. Clears after REBOOT but returns. Next Day. If I leave box permanently running... No problems!!

Hi @Lch370 change your eco mode to active or none, which will stop your box from shutting down through the early hours, always leave your SKYQ box on standby when not in use.

Thanks for info. Contacted Sky Tech Team

 They suggested I make sure BOTH SKYQBox and Minibox. Are set to SAME settings ie ACTIVE MODE and akso Smart Standby set to ON. They also took me through Reactivating the Link from SkyQ 2TB box. And a Hard Reboot of the Minibox. But last night the Recording Fault returned with the 2TB Box hanging up😞
